Shipping and FAQs

Above all, we want to ensure your satisfaction. This starts with providing you with the freshest seeds boasting the highest germination rates. If you are unsatisfied, for any reason, we will stand by you and do what's necessary to earn your business. 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, you’ll need the proof of purchase or order #. 

Depending on the order size, it is our discretion to determine whether or not to return the original seeds to us. We totally understand that the original seeds may have been planted - and there's no seeds to return. We will still help with discussing a refund, or any other concern you have. 

(Sprout thanks you, by the way, for giving your seeds a new home in your garden!)

For some orders, we may not ask you to ship the seeds back to us.
And, we will do our best to keep you satisfied.

We can accommodate your wishes; whether you would like a refund, or you prefer a seed replacement (with same or different seeds).  
You are central to our refund policy - and we will go out of way to ensure your satisfaction.

If your return is accepted and you are asked to ship the seeds, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Don't worry if you sent us the seeds prior to contacting us for a refund.
We're all human, and we respect one another - and we can still help you with a refund. 
Plus, if you paid for return shipping, we can offer store credit to reimburse your shipping costs.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sprout@earthresident.com.

We primarily use USPS First Class Mail, but please note, it doesn't offer tracking numbers.

For certain orders, we use USPS First Class Mail, which doesn't come with tracking numbers. Most other shipping methods include a tracking number. Rest assured, you'll receive an email notification for all shipped orders.
