Harvesting:
Easter egg radishes are ready to harvest when 1" to 2" wide, round and tender - which is usually 20-30 days after sowing.  Harvest as soon as they are round, by pulling them out of the ground.  
Harvest the greens and store in refrigerator for up to a week for salads. 
It's recommended to cut the greens off the radishes, then store radishes either in the refrigerator, or in bag with holes.  Cutting the greens off allows the radishes to stay fresh longer.
