Germination Days: 7-21 Days at 50-60 degrees F
Ideal germination temp is at low temps of 40 degrees F.
Optimal germination temp is 45-65 degrees F
Indoor germination is best during summer, as spinach seeds will not germinate above 85 degrees F.
Grows best during cooler temps of spring and fall.

Or, you can cut away these outer leaves between 3" to 6", for a continual supply until temperatures rise in summer.  Enjoy baby greens by harvesting at 3".
